综合护理干预对尿道下裂术后患儿康复效果的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the best nursing method for children with urethral hypospadias after operation.Methods A total of 76 Children with hypospadias treated in our hospital were selected as subjects from October 2016 to September 2017.According to time of admission,they were divided into routine group (37 cases)and comprehensive group(39 cases).The routine group was adopted traditional nursing method,and comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out in the comprehensive group.Defecation,pain,complications and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The defecation in the comprehensive group was better than that in the routine group (P＜0.05）,and the pain score in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05）.The incidence of urinary fistula,urethral stricture and urethral asphyxia in the combined group was lower than that in the routine group(P＜0.05）.The duration of hospitalization in the comprehensive group was shorter than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of children after urethral hypospadias,and the effect is remarkable.
