血清肝素结合蛋白在脓毒症患者中的变化及临床意义

Abstract Objective To observe serum level of Heparin binding protein (HBP)of cases with pyohemia and investigate the clinical significance.Methods From June 2016 to November 2017,55 cases with pyohemia from intensive care unit of my hospital were selected as pyohemia group,and 50 healthy cases were chosen as control group by physical examination.Serum levels of HBP,C-reactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)of both groups were compared.Serum levels of HBP,CRP,and PCT were compared in ordinary type pyohemia and serious type pyohemia at 2 days after admitted to hospital.Serum levels of HBP,CRP,and PCT were compared in survival group and dead group of pyohemia at 2 days after admitted to hospital.Results Serum levels of HBP([67.31±7.40]ng/ml),CRP([90.21±10.45]mg/l),and PCT([15.41±2.04]ng/ml)of pyohemia cases were evidently higher than control group(P<0.01).Serum levels of HBP([113.13±12.67]ng/ml),CRP ([146.96±16.12]mg/L),and PCT ([27.44±3.95]ng/ml)of serious type pyohemia cases were obviously higher than those of ordinary type pyohemia(P<0.01).Serum levels of HBP([125.65±14.33]ng/ml),CRP([150.35±16.78]mg/L),and PCT([29.31±3.13]ng/ml)of death group were obviously higher than those of survival group(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum level of HBP of cases with pyohemia is obviously increased,and may be one of effective indexes evaluating severity and prognosis of cases with pyohemia.
