紧急宫颈环扎术联合阿托西班治疗宫颈功能不全的效果

Abstract Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of emergency cervical cerclage combined with Atosiban in the treatment of cervical incompetence.Methods Sixty patients with cervical incompetence treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.All patients were provided with emergency cervical cerclage.The patients in the observation group,besides the emergency cervical cerclage,Atosiban was added.The indexes of delivery mode,the delayed gestational period and fetal Apgar score between the two groups were observed and recorded.Results In the observation group,the delayed gestational period were significantly longer than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The fetal Apgar score in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The rate of natural childbirth in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of emergency cervical cerclage and Atosiban can effectively prolong the pregnancy time in patients with cervical incompetence,improve the outcomes of maternal and newborn,and increase the proportion of spontaneous delivery of pregnant women,which should be widely promoted in the clinic.
