| Effect of targeted psychological nursing on anxiety and depression of patients with laparoscopic endometrial cancer |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of targeted psychological nursing on anxiety and depression of postoperative patients with laparoscopic endometrial cancer.Methods Sixty-two patients undergoing laparoscopic endometrial cancer surgery in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the study subjects.the odd and even numbers of random hospitalized medical records were divided into conventional group and experimental group,with 31 cases in each group.The conventional group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the experimental group was combined with targeted psychological nursing intervention on this basis,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before and after nursing(P＞0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the conventional group the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The quality of daily life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction degree of nursing service in the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The targeted psychological nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic endometrial cancer with satisfactory results,relieve negative emotions,improve postoperative quality of life,the promotion of high value.
