| Clinical effect of bedside hemofiltration in the treatment of acute heart failure complicated with acute renal failure |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of bedside hemofiltration in the treatment of acute heart failure complicated with acute renal failure.Methods68 patients with acute heart failure complicated with acute renal failure who were admitted to the department of cardiology in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given emergency bedside hemofiltration therapy.Heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),arterial oxygen pressure(PaO2),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),potassium ion(K+),bicarbonate ion (HCO3-)concentration changes after the treatment,as well as the incidence rate of complications during treatment,mortality rate and improvement of cardiac function were compared between the two groups.ResultsCompared with the control group,the level of MAP,HR,RR and PaO2in the observation group were all improved,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The concentration of BUN,Scr and K+in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the concentration of HCO3-was increased,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The incidence rate of complications and the mortality rate were lower in the observation group than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionBedside hemofiltration is effective in acute heart failure complicated with acute renal failure,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
