AbstractObjective To investigate the effect of Doula accompanied delivery mode on delivery outcomes. Methods From June 2017 to December 2017,80 cases of maternal clinical data were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group. The control group was accompanied by conventional midwives, while the experimental group was accompanied by doula delivery. The quality of delivery was compared between the two groups. Results The pain degree of parturient in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total duration of labor in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the amount of bleeding 2 h after delivery was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of maternal delivery accompanied with Doula is beneficial to improve intrapartum quality, shorten the labor stage, reduce amount of bleeding, and alleviate pain.
