阿维A胶囊联合喜炎平治疗斑块型银屑病的临床效果观察

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Acitretin Capsules combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Methods 120 patients with plaque psoriasis treated in department of dermatology in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Acitretin Capsule,the observation group was treated with Acitretin Capsules combined with Xiyanping.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,levels of various factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 71.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The PASI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of TNF-α,RANTES and MCP-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P＞0.05),such as dry mouth,dry skin itching,elevated transaminase and elevated blood fat.Conclusion Acitretin Capsules combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of plaque psoriasis has a significant clinical effect,can effectively improve the skin symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,shorten the treatment cycle,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.It has positive clinical significance.
