子宫颈扩张球囊与缩宫素在足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的应用观察

Abstract Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of of cook cervical ripening double balloon and Oxytocin for labor induction and cervical ripening in term gestational women.Methods 200 term pregnant women with induced labor indications from January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital treated were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to different abortion methods,100 cases in each group.The control group were received intravenous Oxytocin to promote cervical ripening and labor induction,the observation group were used cook balloon catheter for cervical ripening and labor induction,cervix bishop score were assessed before and after intervention,the effect of cervical ripening were evaluated,the delivery and complications were observed.Results The cervix Bishop score of the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly that higher than those before intervention (P＜0.05),and after intervention,the cervix Bishop score of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effect of cervical ripening and labor induction in the observation group was significantly higher than that the control group(P＜0.05).The labor time and production labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05)，the Vaginal delivery rate was significantly higher than that the control group(P＜0.05),the cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that the control group (P＜0.05)，the overall complication rate was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The cook cervical ripening double balloon is safe,effective and simple method for cervical ripening and labor induction,The effect of cervical ripening and labor induction is better than that of drugs,and significantly reduce the incidence of cesarean section and complications,and ensure that mother and baby.
