A型肉毒毒素在面部瘢痕修复术后的临床应用价值

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application values of Botulinum Toxin Type A after repair operation of facial scar.Methods Ninety patients received the repair operation of facial scar from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group of 45 cases and the observation group of 45 cases according to the random number table method.The control group of incision were painted the Beifuxin Gel then given dressing,while the observation group were injected the Botulinum Toxin Type A after operation.The scar repair,satisfaction degree of patients and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in VSS and SBSES score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After the treatment,the abovementioned score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of repair in the observation group was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 86.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.89%,compared with the control group of 2.22%,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The injection of Botulinum Toxin Type A for repair of facial scar can effectively enhance the repair effect,improve the satisfaction degree of patients,and the safety is high,thus it is worth promoting.
