| Short-and long-term clinical effect of multiple-superficial needling on Ashi point as a main therapy in the treatment of migraine with deficiency of qi and blood |

Abstract Objective To explore the short-and long-term clinical effect of multiple-superficial needling on Ashi point as a main therapy in the treatment of migraine with deficiency of qi and blood.Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,60 patients with migraine of deficiency of qi and blood treated in our hospital were divided into the two groups by a random number table,and there were 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules,and the research group,on the basis of the control group,main therapy of multiple-superficial needling on Ashi point was added.The clinical effect between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in a short term in the research group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 80.00%(P＜0.05).After treatment,the headache score in the research group was greatly lower in comparison of that in the control group(P＜0.05).The blood flow velocity of ICA-MCA,ACA,and PCA in the research group was displayed statistical significance compared with that in the control group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate in a long term was 86.66%in the research group,which was much higher than that in the control group(60.00%)(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of migraine patients with deficiency of qi and blood,main selection of multiple-superficial needling on Ashi point obtains short-and long-term effect by greatly improving the cerebral blood flow,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
