趋化因子受体6在结直肠癌肝转移中的研究进展

Abstract Colorectal cancer is a worldwide malignant tumor whose main cause of death is liver metastasis.The liver is the most important target organ for the metastasis of colorectal cancer.Chemokine receptor 6(CCR6)is a G protein-coupled receptor that mediates cellular biological effects and exerts chemotaxis by binding to the chemokine CCL20.In recent years,it has been found that CCR6 plays an important role in the metastasis of many kinds of tumors,especially in the metastasis of colorectal cancer.The progress of CCR6 in the metastasis of colorectal cancer is reviewed.
