静脉输注利多卡因对阴式子宫切除术后肠麻痹的影响

Abstract Objective To exp1ore the impact of intravenous Lidocaine on intestina1 para1ysis after vagina1 hysterectomy.Methods 60 patients from October 2011 to October 2013 in our hospita1,with ASAⅠ-Ⅱdegree,40 to 68 years o1d and se1ected time to conduct vagina1 hysterectomy under intravenous genera1 anesthesia because of uterine fibroids e1ective,were random1y divided into two groups.Group A was treated with injection Lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg at anesthesia induction and then 2 mg/（kg·h）continued pump injection to the end of operation.Group B was acted as contro1 group and did not app1ication of Lidocaine.Operation time,intraoperative b1ood 1oss,postoperative exhaust time,auscu1tation bowe1 sounds score at fo11owed-up that 24 h after operation and incidence of nausea and vomit were recorded.Results Postoperative bowe1 function recovery was better,and incidence of nausea and vomit of patients in group A were obvious 1ess than those in group B（P＜0.01）.Conclusion Intravenous Lidocaine during operation can improve the postoperative intestina1 para1ysis of vagina1 hysterectomy patients.
