罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在潜伏期分娩镇痛中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 app1ication effect of Ropivacaine combining with Sufentani1 or Fentany1 for 1abor ana1gesia during 1atent period.Methods Eighty primiparae admitted into our hospita1 from January to December in 2014 were even1y divided into Sufentani1 group（Ropivacaine p1us Sufentani1）and Fentany1 group（Ropivacaine p1us Fentany1）in random.Anesthesia was used when uterine orifice was broadened to 2 cm during 1atent period.Patientcontro11ed ana1gesia was used after app1ying combined spina1-epidura1 anesthesia.VAS pain scores were observed when uterine orifice was broadened to 2,3,5,8,10 cm.The stage of 1abor,5 min Apgar score,oxytocin usage rate,amount of b1eeding after de1ivery,and adverse reactions inc1uding dizziness,headache,nausea,vomiting,and skin itch,etc.were recorded.Results There was no statistica1 difference in age,weight,gestationa1 age,or time of first or second stage of 1abor in the two groups（P＞0.05）.On 2 cm size of uterine orifice,VAS score was not in significant different in both groups （P＞0.05）.In the Sufentani1 group,VAS scores were a11 1ower than those in the Fentany1 group when the uterine orifice was broadened to 3,5,8,10 cm,which disp1ayed statistica1 differences（P＜0.05）.Neonata1 Apgar score,oxytocin usage rate, and amount of b1eeding after de1ivery were not in statistica1 differences in the two groups（P＞0.05）.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions 1ike puerpera1 de1ivery mode,dizziness,headache,nausea,vomiting,or skin itch,etc.in the two groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Combined spina1-epidura1 anesthesia with Sufentani1 and Ropivacaine used for 1abor ana1gesia during 1atent period can obtain a remarkab1e anesthetic effect,and not cause more adverse reactions, which is worthy of expansive promotion in c1inic.
