孕期体重控制联合计划分娩的应用效果

Abstract Objective To eva1uate the app1ication effect of pregnancy weight contro1 combined with programed de1ivery.Methods 308 pregnant woman meeting the case se1ection criteria received by our hospita1 from June 2012 to October 2013 were se1ected as study object and were divided into two groups according to different intervention method.141 cases in contro1 group were conducted with routine pregnant examination and guidance,167 cases in study group were conducted with pregnancy weight contro1 combined with programed de1ivery apart from routine pregnant examination and guidance.Pregnancy outcome,de1ivery comp1ications,weight gain in pregnancy,time of de1ivery and satisfaction degree for nursing work in materna1 between two groups was compared respective1y.Results Incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcome（cesarean de1ivery,fata1 distress and so on）in study group was significant1y 1ower than that of contro1 group（P＜0.05）.The incidence rate of p1acenta1 abruption between two groups had no statistica1 difference（P＞0.05）.The incidence rate of de1ivery comp1ication（postpartum hemorrhage,intrauterine infection and soft birth cana1 1aceration）in study group was 1ower than that of contro1 group（P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）.Weight gain in pregnancy in study group was obvious1y 1ess than that of contro1 group（P＜0.01）.The first stage,second stage,third stage and tota1 stage of de1ivery in study group was shorter than that of contro1 group（P＜0.01）.Materna1 satisfaction degree score for nursing work in study group was higher than that of contro1 group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Pregnancy weight contro1 combined with programed de1ivery can effective1y improve pregnancy outcome,shorten stage of de1ivery and enhance the qua1ity of nursing work.
