HbA1c水平与妊娠期糖尿病孕妇妊娠结局相关性

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels and pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).MethodsAltogether 30 cases of pregnant women with GDM who underwent antenatal examinations and delivery in department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the study group,while,30 healthy pregnant women who underwent examinations during the same period and had normal blood glucose levels were randomly selected as the control group.The differences of HbA1c levels and adverse pregnancy outcomes between the two groups were recorded and analyzed,and the correlation between the two groups was analyzed.ResultsThe level of HbA1c in the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence of premature rupture of membranes,amniotic fluid abnormalities and preterm birth of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The premature rupture of membranes,abnormal amniotic fluid,premature delivery,fetal distress and postpartum hemorrhage of the study group were positively correlated with HbA1c,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in gestational age at delivery and Apgar score between the two groups(P＞0.05),while the level of blood glucose in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe premature rupture of membranes,abnormal amniotic fluid,premature delivery,fetal distress and postpartum hemorrhage of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus are positively correlated with HbA1c levels.The incidence of maternal complications rate increases with the increase of HbA1c level.Therefore,close monitoring of patients′HbA1c level can reduce the incidence of adverse symptoms,which is worthy of application in primary hospitals.
