经鼻持续气道正压通气联合丙种球蛋白治疗儿童重症毛细支气管炎的效果观察

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of nasal continuous positive airway pressure（nCPAP）combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of severe capillary bronchitis in children.Methods 70 children with severe capillary bronchitis in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given nCPAP combined with gamma globulin，the control group was given routine oxygen inhalation and symptomatic treatment.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results The hospital stay，the remission time of asthma and the overall time of oxygen inhaling in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.The respiratory rate and heart rate of the observation group after treatment of 2 hours was lower than that of the control group，the level of TcSO2in the observation group after treatment of 2 hours was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.The improvement degree of blood gas indexe in the observation group after treatment of 24 hours was better than that in the control group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.Conclusion nCPAP combined with gamma globulin can improve the ventilation and gas exchange function in children with severe capillary bronchitis，reduce immune injury，relieve the symptoms rapidly，and shorten hospital stay.
