肠系膜静脉血栓大鼠肠道组织病理学变化的实验研究

Abstract Objective To observe the pathological changes of intestinal tissue in rats with different ranges of mesenteric venous thrombosis.Methods Eighty rats were evenly divided into two groups in random with 40 rats in each group.In group A，inner diameter of intestinal tract at 8 cm in first grade branch of superior mesenteric vein and marginal vein was ligated.In group B，inner diameter at 6 cm was closed.The general condition and condition of abdominal cavity were observed.The pathological changes of intestinal tissue at different time points between the two groups were observed after fetching intestinal tissue sample and HE staining.Results In group A，congestion and edema of intestinal tissue were occurred 3 hours after surgery，and hemorrhagic ascites with hematochezia 8 hours after surgery together with necrosis and falling of mucous tissue in partial region.Necrosis of smooth muscle tissue was developed 24 hours after surgery in partial region，and was worsened 48 hours after surgery.72 hours after surgery，transmural infarct of intestine was presented.In group B，there was congestion and edema of intestinal tissue 3 hours after surgery，and hematochezia and necrosis and falling of mucous tissue in partial region 8 hours after surgery.24 hours after surgery，hemorrhagic ascites was occurred together with necrosis of smooth muscle tissue in partial region.48 hours after surgery，no deterioration was detected on these above mentioned symptoms.The intestinal damage was recovered 72 hours after surgery.Conclusion The wider the range of mesenteric venous thrombosis is，the higher the incidence of intestinal necrosis becomes.Hemorrhagic ascites cannot be considered as a surgical indicator on abdominal laparotomy of mesenteric venous thrombosis. Bloody defecation is an approach to alleviate intestinal congestion due to mesenteric venous thrombosis.Maintenance of completion on intestinal smooth muscle succession plays a key role in prognosis of mesenteric venous thrombosis.
