眼动训练对MCI老人认知功能的影响

Abstract Objective To exp1ore the effect on cognitive abi1ity among the e1der1y with mi1d cognitive impairment（MCI）by eye movement training.Methods 60 e1der1y peop1e with MCI were se1ected in the community in Febuary 2013 by mini-menta1 state examination（MMSE）and index of independence in activity of dai1y 1ife（ADL），and random1y divided them into training group and contro11ing group，each of which were 30 peop1e.The training group began the training of eye movement and the contro11ing group continue the norma1 1iving habits.6 months 1ater，the assessments of intervention effects on the digita1 copies，Chinese comparison，menta1 arithmetic，menta1 arithmetic answer memories，meaning1ess graphics recognition，Chinese rotation，words recognition were made between two groups as we11 as trained group pre-intervened and post-intervened using"basic cognitive abi1ity test"software testing.Results From the test on the digita1 copies，Chinese comparison，menta1 arithmetic，menta1 arithmetic answer memories，meaning1ess graphics recognition，it showed that the training group with intervention was higher than that before it（P＜0.05），the resu1t of the training group was higher than that in the contro11ing group　（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The eye movement training can improve the ear1y cognitive process and memory for the e1der1y peop1e with MCI.
