胺碘酮与利多卡因治疗急性心肌梗死合并室性心律失常的效果比较

Abstract Objective To analyze the efficacy of amiodarone and lidocaine in patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI）combined with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods From March 2013 to March 2015，120 patients with AMI and ventricular arrhythmia treated in our hospital were selected as research objects.They were divided by a random number table.In lidocaine group，lidocaine via intravenous injection was used，while in amiodarone group，patients were treated with amiodarone.The clinical effect and occurrence of adverse reactions after different medications between the two groups were compared.Results After different medications，the total effective rate in the amiodarone group was 93.33%，much higher than that in the lidocaine group accounting for 68.33%，with a statistical difference（P＜0.05）.In the amiodarone group，the fatality rate was 3.33%lower than that in the lidocaine group accounting for 8.33%.The incidence of adverse reactions in center，intra and extra-heart blood vessels in the process of intravenous dripping of amiodarone was 16.67%，while in the lidocaine group，the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%with non-obvious difference，which was not displayed a statistical significance（P＞0.05）.Conclusion For patients with AMI and ventricular arrhythmia，amiodarone and lidocaine are provided separately for treatment，and clinical efficacy is remarkable after using amiodarone with few adverse reactions.
