超声造影在肝脏局灶性病灶的诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值

Abstract Objective To explore the contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hepatic focal liver lesion.Methods 34 patients who conducted routine ultrasound examination from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected，and a total of 41 space-occupying lesions.41 lesions were divided into two groups according to pathological findings.17 malignant lesions were divided into observation group，and 24 benign lesions were divided into control group.The results of routine ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination were compared with pathological findings.The sensitivity，specificity and accuracy of all examinations were compared.Time-intensity curve was used to further identify the malignant or benign of focal liver lesion.Results The sensitivity，specificity and accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis focal liver lesion were respectively 87.5%，95.5%and 85.4%，which were respectively 61.1%，84.2%and 65.9%in routine ultrasound，and the difference was statistical significance when compared with two groups（P＜0.05）.All of beginning enhanced time，time to peak，washout time，peak intensity quantitative values，benign lesions and malignant lesions record values had statistical significance when compared（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasound obvious enhance the sensitivity，specificity and accuracy of ultrasound for focal liver lesion and contrast-enhanced ultrasound has great value in identification the benign and malignant lesions by analysis quantitative parameters change of time-intensity curve.
