右美托咪定复合盐酸羟考酮超前镇痛在胸腔镜短小手术中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of Dexmedetomidine and Oxycodone Hydrochloride preventive analgesia in thoracoscope short operation.Methods 60 patients，elective conducted thoracoscope surgery in our hospital，from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected and were random divided into two groups，experimental group and control group.Patients in experimental group were given Dexmedetomidine 1 μg/kg and Oxycodone Hydrochloride 0.1 mg/kg intravenous infusion slowly after anesthesia and before skin incision.Patients in control group were given correspondence saline.The blood pressure，heart rate，pulse oxygen saturation，breathing recovery time，eye opening time，pull out time of the endotracheal tube and the incidence rate of adverse effects liked nausea and vomiting at before anesthesia induction（T0），end of the surgery（T1），extubation（T2），30 minutes after extubation（T3），2 h after extubation（T4）and 4 h after extubation　（T5）in two groups were respectively compared.The postoperative sedation scores　（Ramsay）and visual analogue scale　（VAS）at T3，T4and T5were evaluated.Results The SBP，DBP and HR of patients in two groups had no statistical significance　（P＞0.05）；from T2to T5，SBP，DBP and HR in control group increased obviously，and had obvious difference with experimental group　（P＜0.05）；from T3to T5，the VAS score in experimental group was obvious lower than that in control group，while Ramsay score was higher than that in control group，and the difference was obvious（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine and Oxycodone Hydrochloride preventive analgesia in thoracoscope short operation can alleviate postoperative pain and agitation，with stable circulation and not increase the incidence rate of adverse effects liked nausea and vomiting.It is worth to popularize and application.
