小剂量甲基强的松龙治疗重症手足口病的疗效分析

Abstract Objective To explore the effectsof low dosagemethylprednisolone in treating severe hand，footandmouth disease.M ethods83 children patientswith severe hand，footandmouth disease from April2014 to August2015 ofour hospitalwere selected asstudy objectsandwere divided into routine controlgroup（41 cases）and low dosagemethylprednisolone group（42 cases）by using coin tossmethod.Patients in routine controlgroup were givenmannitol，ribavirin and IVIG，while patients in low dosagemethylprednisolone group were used 1～2mg/（kg·d）methylprednisolone on the basisof routine control group.The difference of remission rate of hand，foot and mouth disease，cerebrospinal fluid recovery rate，incidence of adverse effects and children with antifebrile time，nervous system and pulmonary symptom resolution time，myocardial enzyme recovery to normal between two groupswere compared.Results The remission rate of hand，foot and mouth disease，cerebrospinal fluid recovery rate，children with antifebrile time，nervous system resolution time，pulmonary symptom resolution timeandmyocardialenzyme recovery tonormal in routine controlgroupwere respectively75.61%，95.24%，（3.39±0.77）h，（2.79±0.575）h，（5.61±1.59）h and　（4.39±1.57）h.The remission rate of hand，footandmouth disease and cerebrospinal fluid recovery rate in low dosagemethylprednisolone group were respectively 95.24%and 95.24%，which higher than that of routine controlgroup；The childrenwith antifebrile time，nervous system resolution time，pulmonary symptom resolution time andmyocardialenzyme recovery to normal in low dosagemethylprednisolone group were respectively（2.51±0.41）h，（1.51± 0.21）h，（3.62±1.21）h and（3.51±1.61）h，whichwere shorter than thatof routine controlgroup，and the differencewas obvious （P＜0.05）；The incidence of adverse effects in two groupswas similar（4.76%vs 4.88%），and the differencewas notobvious （P＞0.05）.Conclusion Low dosagemethylprednisolone in treating severe hand，foot and mouth disease has definite effects，which can improve the clinical symptomsof children patientseffectively，have high safety，notadd any adverse effects，tolerant in children and isworth to popularize.
