探讨小切口双Endobutton钛板在肩锁关节脱位喙锁韧带修复重建中的应用价值

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical application of small-incision dual Endobutton titanium plates on repair and reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament in acromioclavicular dislocation.Methods From April 2012 to September 2015，106 cases with acromioclavicular dislocation were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the observation group，repair and reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament in acromioclavicular dislocation was realized by small incision with dual Endobutton titanium plates，while in the control group，clevicular hook plote was adopted.Follow-up visits after surgery at regular intervals were needed，and postoperative recovery in both groups was compared.Results The average follow-up visits after surgery was from 8 to 24 months. In the observation group，the excellent and good rate of functional recovery was 94.34%，and the rate in the control group was 75.47%，with a statistical difference（P＜0.05）.Before surgery，there was no great difference in VAS score，coracoclavicular distance，and acromioclavicular translocation distance in the two groups（P＞0.05）.During the last time follow-up visit after surgery，the VAS score，coracoclavicular distance，and acromioclavicular translocation distance in the observation group were all superior to those in the control group with statistical differences（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Application of small-incision dual Endobutton titanium plates on repair and reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament in acromioclavicular dislocation is safe and effective approach can obtain a favorable clinical effect.
