感觉统合训练联合盐酸哌甲酯治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of sensory integration training combined with methylphenidate hydrochloride in the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods 122 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in our hospital from August 2012 to July 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，61 cases in each group.The control group was given methylphenidate hydrochloride，and the observation group was given sensory integration training combined with methylphenidate hydrochloride.The clinical effect in the two groups was compared.Results The score of Conner behavior rating scale after treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.The score of Conner behavior rating scale after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.The score of Wechsler children intelligence scale，audiovisual continuous integration test and sensory integration ability development rating scale after treatment in the two groups was higher than that before treatment，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.The score of Wechsler children intelligence scale，audiovisual continuous integration test and sensory integration ability development rating scale after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.4%，which was higher than 88.5%in the control group，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reaction between the two groups　（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Sensory integration training combined with methylphenidate hydrochloride is an effective method in the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder，which can obvious improve patients′symptoms and with effective effect.
