热毒宁与利巴韦林在小儿呼吸道感染中的疗效比较及对炎症因子的影响研究

Abstract objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Reduning and Ribavirin in children with respiratory infection and the influence on inflammatory factors.MethodsFrom September 2015 to September 2016,80 children suffering from respiratory tract infection in our hospital were selected.According to the principle of random allocation,they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group were treated by conventional treatment,on the basis of using Reduning treatment,the control group was treated with conventional treatment,on the basis of using the Ribavirin treatment.SF-36 scale simple quality of life scale was used to assess the quality of life of the two groups after treatment,different treatment effect between the two groups and the Reduning and Ribavirin influence of the TNF-α and IL-6 were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the social function,physical function,role function,cognitive function score of observation group after treatment were compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the observation group after treatment,serum TNF-α and IL-6 index were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of children with respiratory tract infection,the treatwent effect of Reduning is significant,it can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,significantly reduced the serum TNF-α,IL-6.
