重症肝炎应用异甘草酸镁注射液治疗的临床效果观察

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of the application of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection in patients with severe hepatitis treatment.MethodsFrom May 2016 to May 2017 124 cases of severe hepatitis patients treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,62 patients in each group.The control group was given nucleoside antiviral drugs,nutritional support,treatment and intravenous fluid therapy,the study group on the basis of conventional treatment was given Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection for intravenous drip.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the changes of liver function indexes before and after treatment were observed and compared.ResultsThe effective rate of treatment in the study group was 85.48%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group (70.97%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The liver function indexes such as ALT,AST,TBIL and so on were not significantly different between the two groups before treatment.The recovery of liver function indexes of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of severe hepatitis patients with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Injection on the basis of conventional treatment is effective,can effectively improve liver function injury,and high safety,worthy of further clinical application.
