| Clinical observation on 30 Cases of urem ic pruritus treated with Jiawei Jiedu Huoxue Decoction |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Jiedu Huoxue decoction in the treatment of uremic pruritus.Methods60 cases of uremic pruritus in our blood purification room from January 2015 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Ppatients of two groups were given hemodialysis 2 to 3 times/week,joint blood perfusion 1 time/week,and low-salt low-fat low-phosphorus high-quality and low-protein diet,correcting acidosis and anemia,calcium,phosphorus,control blood pressure and other basic treatment,on the basis of the above treatment control group was given oral cetirizine hydrochloride 10 mg/d,the treatment group were given oral Jiawei Jiedu Huoxue decoction,the therapeutic effect of two groupswere compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,which was higher than 70.0%of the control group,difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment the itch level(VASscore)of two groupswere compared,the treatment group pruritus to reduce degree was better than that of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).ConclusionJiawei Jiedu Huoxue decoction is effective prescription in the treatment of uremic pruritus,it is worth further research and promote the use in the clinical practice.
