| The effect of whole course high quality nursing model on primipara pregnancy outcome and postnatal mammary function |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore entire the effect of whole course high quality nursing model on primipara pregnancy outcome and postnatal mammary function.Methods196 primipara from October 2014 and October 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the parity of ID number,98 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing,the observation group were given whole course high quality nursing.The cesarean section rate,postpartum initial time of lactation,3,7 d lacation ability score after delivery and pure breast feeding rates were compared.ResultsThe cesarean section rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P＜0.05),there was no significant difference in complications situation(P＞0.05);the time of lactation and 3,7 d lacation ability scores of observation group were better than those of control group(P＞0.01),pure breast feeding rates after 3 days,6 weeks and 3 months in the observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe application of whole course high quality nursing model to primipara is feasible, which can reduce cesarean section rate,it improves the function of primipara lactation and exclusive breast-feeding.
