Observation of the effect of pre examination on the CT angiography of coronary artery |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the coronary CT angiography before the interview results.Methods80 patients in our hospital from September 2014 to March 2015 were ready to CCTA examination were selected,and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group,the control group was given Metoprolol,the nursing intervention group was given nursing intervention based on the treatment in control group,two groups of nursing with the success rate,and by experienced radiologists blinded evaluation of image quality of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe check the success rate of the control group was 62.5%,the nursing intervention group was 95.0%,the nursing intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group,there was significant difference (P<0.05).The rate of excellent image quality of nursing intervention group was 95.0%,the image quality excellent rate of control group was 72.5%,the nursing intervention group was significantly better than that of control group,there was significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe patients with coronary artery CT angiography for patients before effective nursing visit intervention to improve the success rate of the examination is very helpful,it can be applied in clinic.
