Analysis of clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii from 2013 to 2015 |

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in our hospital,and provide accurate data for clinical rational drug use.Methods 564 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were isolated from the hospitalized patients during January 1st2013 to December 30th2015 with Siemens the MicroScan WalkA-way96 plus,an automatic bacteria identification and drug susceptibility instrument,and the computer statistical software WHONET5.6.Results There were higher detection rate in sputum,urine and secretions,84.93%,5.32%and 3.01%,respectively.Mainly distributied inⅠCU(47.87%),neurosurgical unit(16.67%),respiratory medicine wards(7.62%),and so on.Acinetobacter baumannii had the lowest resistance to SMZ-TMP(49.67%).Cefperazone-Sulbactam,imipenem,tetracycline,and levofloxacin came the next.Other medicine had higher drug resistance rate.Ⅰn addition,Acinetobacter baumannii resistance to ampicillin and cefazolin was 100.00%and 98.82%respectively.Conclusion There is a great detection rate in our hospital of Acinetobacter baumannii with a strong drug resistance rate.Ⅰt can bring a lot of trouble to clinical treatment and cause diffusible nosocomial infection most likely,which should be paid more attention for the clinicians and the infectious disease department.
