局部用药联合护理干预治疗复发性真菌性阴道炎的效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of local medication combined with nursing intervention on recurrent mycotic vaginitis.MethodsFrom December 2012 to December 2014,178 patients with recurrent mycotic vaginitis treated in Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Yongfeng County were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups according to SPSS 20.0 statistics software package of computer,89 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given drug treatment alone,including intensive treatment(Fluconazole 150 mg,once daily;night with 20%sodium bicarbonate water bath,each time about 15 minutes before going to bed;the application of a Mico Nazole Nitrate Suppositories 200 mg,once a night)and consolidation therapy(with local medication,medication for bedtime application of a Mico Nazole Nitrate Suppositories 200 mg,once a night),patients in the observation group were used local drug combined nursing intervention,the causes in two groups were analyzed,the total efficiency of treatment,the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.ResultsThe main etiological factors in two groups included contacted infection of bathing or medical devices,sexual life process infection,candida albicans infection and other factors,there was no significant difference in the proportion of factors infection between two groups(P＞0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.38%,with 64.04%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 7.89%,better than 31.46% of the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was compared between two groups,the observation group was lower(P＜0.05).ConclusionLocal medication combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of recurrent mycotic vaginitis can get better results,effectively control the recurrence after treatment.
