PDCA管理在改进产科VIP患者出院流程中的效果研究

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of improving the PDCA management in obstetrics VIP hospital discharge patients.Methods 1000 VIP patients from September 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected,accroding to chronologically,the first half of years 500 cases of discharged patients as the control group,after six months 500 cases were selected for intervention group.The control group was given routine care,the intervention group was given the PDCA management,before and after care physicians and patient satisfaction,and doctors prescribe pre-discharge rate and discharge waiting time of two groups were compared.Results The physician satisfaction of intervention group was 95.40%,significantly higher than that of control group(84.20%);patients and their families′satisfaction of intervention group was 94.6%,significantly higher than that of control group(83.8%);doctor prescribed pre-discharge rate of intervention group was 83.4%,significantly higher than that of control group(66.2%),the difference was significant(P<0.05). And the discharge time of intervention group was significantly less than that of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VIP obstetric patients with PDCA management can effectively improve the doctor,the patient and family satisfaction,improve quality of care.
