风险意识管理在手术室护理管理中的应用效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application effects of risk awareness management in the nursing management of operating room.MethodsA total of 600 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 300 patients in each group.Risk awareness management was applied in the experiment group,and regular nursing was applied in the control group.The occurrence of risk events,complaints and disputes,the degree of satisfaction towards nursing care were compared between two groups and clinical effects were evaluated.ResultsThere were 13 cases(4.33%)of risk events in the experimental group,significantly lower than 33 cases(11.00%)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).In the experimental group,medical dispute and complaint was seen in 1 case respectively,significantly lower than 15 complaints and 8 disputes in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe application of risk awareness management is gradually strengthened by the nursing staff′s own risk consciousness,and the nurses are more careful in the work,which can reduce the occurrence of various kinds of risks.It is of great significance to reduce the medical disputes,relieve the doctor-patient relationship,and enhance the satisfaction of the patients to the nursing team,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
