| Investigation and Consideration on the value cognition of SCI papers in hospitals |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the status of＂SCI fever＂and explore the correct value orientationin in hospital.MethodsThrough 18 medical units of telephone survey,whether SCI was listed as an important indicator of professional title evaluation and reward.The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the attitude of SCI as evalueting indicator,the relationship between the number of medical papers and the medical level,and cognition of clinical practice transformation among 221 medical technicians in 4 hospitals.ResultsIn 18 medical units,SCI was listed as an important indicator of professional title evaluation and reward.In 221 questionnaires,50.7%of the staff wrote SIC papers,which was prepared for title and assessment;59.3%thought that SCI was reasonable but not only,49.7%of the staff did not know the practice transformation of SCI.ConclusionThe value orientation of SCI in the hospital has excessive deification,blind worship,distort the essence of value and so on.The state should pay attention to the policy orientation of science and technology.The hospital should treat the advantages and disadvantages of SCI scientifically,and made the scientific evaluation system through the combine of research and clinical performance,the combine of quantitative and qualitative,the combine of achievement and transform.
