正畸联合种植治疗先天性缺失牙的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with implantation in the treatment of congenital missing teeth.MethodsA total of 100 patients with congenital missing teeth who were admitted into the Department of Stomatology in Dalian Friendship Hospital and the Second Hospital Affiliated to Dalian Medical University from February 20,2015 to July 30,2016 were selected as the research subjects.According to the differences of treatment measures,the patients were divided into the control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50).The control group was given dental implantation treatment,and the experimental group was given orthodontic treatment and implantation treatment at the same time.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe total effective rate was 96.00%in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than that of 76.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The chewing function and language function of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment.The improvement degree of chewing function and language function in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionPatients with congenital missing teeth receiving orthodontics combined with implantation can achieve better results,which is able to promote the recovery of relevant function of missing teeth,and has a higher safety and great significance.
