钼靶X线术前定位在触诊阴性乳腺病变定性诊断及治疗中的应用效果分析

Abstract Objective To evaluate the application effect of preoperative positioning by molybdenum X-ray on qualitative diagnosis and treatment of palpation-negative breast lesions.Methods Seventy patients with clinical palpation-negative breast lesions from January 2013 to January 2016 in Xinyu People′s Hospital were selected.All patients were found abnormal by molybdenum X-ray and the lesion was observed and positioned by molybdenum X-ray before operation. The position pin was placed after positioning.During the operation,the section biopsy was performed and the pathological result was considered as the gold standard.If the result was benign lesion,then lesion resection was performed;if the result was malignant lesion,then modified radical mastectomy was performed.The degree of specific accuracy and sensitivity of molybdenum target X-ray preoperatively was analyzed.Results Of the 70 patients,10 patients(14.3%)were invasive breast carcinoma and 4 patients(5.7%)were ductal carcinoma.All patients were given one-time resection of the lesion,of which 14 patients were given radical surgery.The accuracy of preoperative positioning of lesions by molybdenum before operation was 97.1%in 70 patients.56 cases(80.0%)were tested as benign lesions and 14 cases(20.0%)were tested as malignant lesions according to the test results of molybdenum positioning,with the sensitivity of 92.9%and specificity of 98.2%.Conclusion Molybdenum X-ray has a good application effect on the qualitative diagnosis of palpation-negative breast lesions,and it is able to effectively locate the lesion,helpful in securing the effectiveness of the surgery,and thus improve patients′quality of life.
