介入治疗腹主动脉瘤合并髂内动脉瘤的临床有效性分析

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of interventional therapy on treating abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA)combining with internal iliac artery aneurysm.Methods 122 cases of AAA combining with internal iliac artery aneurysm in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the control group(60 cases) and the observation group(62 cases)according to the different therapeutic regimens.The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy,and the observation group was treated with interventional therapy.The incidence rate of complications,surgical time,hospital stay,intraoperative amount of bleeding,time to be off bed after surgery,nursing time in intensive care unit(ⅠCU),normal diet time,and the levels of white blood cell,potassiumion,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, blood platelet,and urea nitrogen were compared in the two groups.Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 9.68%,which was lower than 23.33%in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The surgical time,hospital stay,time to be off bed after surgery,nursing time inⅠCU,normal diet time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The intraoperative amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of white blood cell,potassiumion,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,blood platelet,and urea nitrogen between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Application of interventional therapy for patients with AAA and internal iliac artery aneurysm in clinic can obtain a definite effect and a low incidence rate of complications,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
