妇科再造胶囊辅助治疗多囊卵巢综合征的可行性研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Fuke Zaizao Capsules as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).MethodsFrom December 2010 to December 2015,500 patients with PCOS were evenly divided into the research group(n=250)and control group(n=250)in random.In the research group,Fuke Zaizao Capsules combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets was adopted,while in the control group,simple Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets was used.The therapeutic effect and the level of serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone(T)before and after treatment between two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate was 94.0%in the research group and 87.2%in the control group respectively. The total effective rate in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Before therapy,there was no significant difference in serum FSH,T,or LH level after comparisons between two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment,FSH,T and LH level in the two groups were significantly decreased (P＜0.05).After therapy,the value of FSH,T,and LH in the research group and control group were(3.8±0.6)mIU/ml and(4.4±0.7)mIU/ml,(0.5±0.2)μg/L and (1.0±0.4)μg/L,and(6.6±1.1)mIU/ml and(8.7±1.6)mIU/ml in turn,after comparison,the level in the research group were all lower than those in the control group (P＜0.01).ConclusionFuke Zaizao Capsules combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets can obtain a remarkable effect treating PCOS and greatly improve the metabolism of sex hormones,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
