AO特殊钢板治疗近关节骨折的应用效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the treatment effect of AO special plate in the treatment of proximal joint fracture.Methods67 cases of proximal joint fractures treated in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to the different treatmentmethods,33 patients treated with traditional steel plate were as traditional group,34 patients treated with AO special plate were as study group.All patientswere followed up for 12 months,operation-related indexes,joint function and postoperative complications were observed.ResultsOperation time,hospitalization time and fracture healing time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the traditional group (P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of joint function in the study group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than 75.75%in the traditional group (P<0.05); the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 8.82%,which was significantly lower than 30.30% in the traditional group (P<0.05).ConclusionAO special steel plate in the treatment of proximal joint fracture can shorten surgery time and hospitalization time,which is conducive to fracture healing,joint function recovery,less complications,and is a safe and effective treatmentmeasures.
