| Influence study ofmultidiscip linary intervention on self-management ability in patientswith chronic heart failure |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the influence ofmultidisciplinary intervention on self-management ability and efficacy in patientswith chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods80 patientswith CHF in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and evenly divided into observation group and control group in random number table.In the control group,traditional nursingwas used,while in the observation group,themultidisciplinary intervention was conducted by the clinical pharmacists as a team.The intervention was carried out since the admission of the patients,and lasted for 6 weeksafter discharge.The scale of self-managementand Minnesota Quality of Life(QOL)Questionnaire of CHF patients were investigated and compared,the patient′s self-management ability and QOL before treatment,before discharge and 6 weeks after discharge.ResultsThere were no great differences in score of self-management ability and QOL scores in the two groups before treatment or before discharge(P＞0.05).Six weeks after discharge,the scores of self-management ability and QOL scores in the observation group were both greatly higher than those of control group,with the differences statisticant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementation ofmultidisciplinary intervention can effectively improve selfmanagement ability in CHF patients aswell as patient′s QOL,which isworthy of promotion and application in clinic.
