Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the the treatment of amblyopia in children.Methods94 children with amblyopia in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,47 cases in each group.Group A was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and group B was treated with integrated treatment of western medicine.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of group A was 97.87%,which was higher than 82.98%of group B,with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionCombination of traditional Chinese and westernmedicine in the treatment of amblyopia in children can significantly improve the treatment effect,it isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
