苦参注射液对胃癌患者疼痛、免疫状态与肿瘤标志物水平的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore effect of Matrine Injection on the level of pain,immune status and tumor marker in patientswith gastric cancer.Methods48 patientswith gastric cancer in our hospital from June 2015 to April 2016 were selected as study object and divided into two groups according to the differences of treatmentmethods,24 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with routine treatment of gastric cancer,while patients in observation group were treated with Matrine Injection on the basis of routine treatment of control group,pain related indexes,T lymphocyte subsets indexes and tumormarkers levels of two groups before and after the treatmentwere compared.ResultsThe pain related indexes,T lymphocyte subsets indexes and tumormarkers levels of two groups before treatmentwere compared, and the difference had no statistical significance (P＞0.05).The pain related indexes,T lymphocyte subsets indexes and tumormarkers levels of two groupswith the extension of time after treatmentwere continuously improved,and the levels of observation group were all better than those of control group (all P＜0.05).After treatment,pain related indicators,T lymphocyte subsets and the level of tumormarkers between two groups had significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe improvement role of Matrine Injection for the pain control,immunoregulation and disease treatment is active,so the comprehensive application value of Matrine Injection in the patientswith gastric cancer is higher.
