中药熏蒸联合硝酸甘油软膏对肛裂术后疼痛及睡眠质量的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo evaluate the influence of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Nitroglycerin Ointment on postoperative pain and sleep quality in anal fissure patients.MethodsFrom January 2016 to June 2017,112 cases of postoperative patient with anal fissure treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and there were divided into the control group(n=56)and the observation group(n=56)by random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Nitroglycerin Ointment treatment,respectively.The pain and sleep quality of the two groups were evaluated at 1stday,4thday,and 7thday after operation.The adverse events were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no statistical significance in pain and sleep quality score between the 2 groups at 1stday (P＞0.05).The pain and sleep quality of the two groups were significantly improved at 4th,7thday,and the observation group improved more obviously,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of headache between the two groups(P＞0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Nitroglycerin Ointment treatment can effectively relieve postoperative pain in anal fissure patients and improve the quality of sleep at night,and reduce the incidence of complications.
