Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application value of cluster intervention strategies in central venous catheter care patients.Methods240 patients with central venous catheter from January 2014 to September 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the single and double number lottery,120 cases in each group,the patients of control group were given routine nursing care,the patients of observation group were taken cluster intervention strategy,two groups of nursing effect were compared.ResultsThe CRBSI infection rate of observation group was 1.67%,less than 10.83%in the control group (P＜0.05).Accidental tube at a rate of observation group was 0.83%,less than 5.83%in the control group(P＜0.05).Subclavian venipuncture at a rate of observation group was 71.67%,up from 40.00%in the control group (P＜0.05).Total and average hospitalization time and indwelling catheter time were shorter than those of control control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionCluster in the central venous catheter nursing intervention strategy is applied to effect is better,therefore,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
