止痛如神汤加减治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore clinical curative effect of Modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods60 cases of postherpetic neuralgia in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional oral Pregabalin,Vitamin B1,Methylcobalamin Dispersible Tablets,the treatment group was treated with Modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction on the basis of the control group,the effect of the two groups was compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,which was higher than 76.67%of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.01).The VAS,QS,SDS and SAS scores after treatment of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the treatment group was 76.67%,which was higher than 43.33%of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.01).The total recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.4%,which was lower than 26.1%of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.01).ConclusionModified Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with Pregabalin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia can effectively improve the curative effect,relieve pain,improve satisfaction,reduce the recurrence rate.
