| Observation of pediatric allergic purpura and study of its clinical nursing methods |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods and nursing effect on pediatric allergic purpura.Methods 200 patients with pediatric allergic purpura were admitted into our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015,they were selected and evenly divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.In control group was applied regular nursing intervention,while in observation group were adopted targeted nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The abdominal remission time,disappearing time of rash,and hospital stay were compared in both groups.Besides,the parents′anxiety score,disease uncertainty score,and nursing satisfaction were compared in two groups.Results The abdominal remission time,disappearing time of rash,and hospital stay of observation group were shorter than those of control group (P＜0.05).After nursing intervention,the anxiety score and disease uncertainty score of observation group were lower than before intervention(P＜0.05),and shorter than that of control group after intervention,the differences were significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of parents in the observation group much higher than that of control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Application of targeted intervention in pediatric patients with allergic purpura not only promotes remission of clinical symptoms,but also improves parents′mental state as well as nursing satisfaction.
