| Clinical effect of Ipratropium Bromide combined with Budesonide Suspension Liquid aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chronic cough after upper respiratory tract infection |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore clinical effect of Ipratropium Bromide combined with Budesonide Suspension Liquid aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chronic cough after upper respiratory tract infection.Methods106 patients with chronic cough after upper respiratory tract infection from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the combined treatment group according to different treatment methods,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ambroxol Aerosol Inhalation,the combined treatment group was treated with Ipratropium Bromide combined with Budesonide Suspension Liquid aerosol inhalation.The peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR)and eosinophil count(EOS)before and after treatment,cough disappearance time,pulmonary rales disappeared time,hospitalization time,clinical efficacy in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe PEFR level of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the level of EOS of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The level of PEFR in the combined treatment group after treatment was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the level of EOS in the combined treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The cough disappearance time,pulmonary rales disappeared time,hospitalization time in the combined treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe clinical symptoms improvement of Ipratropium Bromide combined with Budesonide Suspension Liquid aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chronic cough after upper respiratory tract infection is significant,the total efficiency is higher,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
