Influence study of Jiawei Wupi Decoction on E2,VEGF and CFTR of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome model rats |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the influence of Jiawei Wupi Decoction on E2,VEGF and CFTR in rats with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS).Methods30 female Wistar rats(SPF grade)were randomly divided into the model traditional Chinese medicine group and the model control group,15 cases in each group.PMSG+HCG way were used on the rats of two groups to establish OHSS model,at the same time,Jiawei Wupi Decoction and normal saline were given. After 48 h of HCG injection,the abdominal cavity was cut along the midline of abdomen and the ovaries were weighed. The expression of VEGF and CFTR protein in the ovary of rats were detected by immunohistochemistry.Neutral serum E2level was detected by RIA.ResultsThe expression of VEGF protein,CFTR protein and serum E2in model traditional Chinese medicine group were (62.20±11.71),(57.20±19.82),(26.91±7.63)pg/ml,the model control group were (136.31± 22.74),(111.32±32.25),(32.55±6.63)pg/ml,the difference was statistically significant(F=69.097,P=0.01;F=67.057,P=0.01; F=16.36,P=0.01).ConclusionJiawei Wupi Decoction can effectively decrease the level of E2in OHSS rats and the expression of VEGF and CFTR protein in ovarian tissues of OHSS rats.
