甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈在2型糖尿病患者中的应用及对生活质量的影响研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo discuss the application value of Insulin Glargine combined with Repaglinide in patients with type 2 diabetes and its impact on quality of life to provide the scientific reference data for treating type 2 diabetes.Methods70 patients with type 2 diabetes treated by our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected as object and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group,and each group had 35 cases.The control group was treated by Insulin Glargine,while the experimental group was treated by Insulin Glargine combined with Repaglinide.Glycosylated hemoglobin,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,weight and quality of life score in patients between two groups before and after treatment was compared respectively.ResultsThere was a statistical difference of the total effective rate of treatment between two groups (P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference of Glycosylated hemoglobin,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,weight and quality of life score between two groups before treatment(P＞0.05),after treatment,Glycosylated hemoglobin,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,weight and quality of life score in experimental group was obviously better than that of control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionInsulin Glargine combined with Repaglinide has a higher application value in patients with type 2 diabetes treated,can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients.
