| Clinical effect observation of Rosuvastatin combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris |

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Rosuvastatin combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods Sixty patients with unstable angina pectoris treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as research objects.All patients were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group (n=30)by a random number table method.In the control group,conventional drugs for symptomatic treatment like oral administration of aspirin,nitrates,β-blockers,calcium antagonists,and low molecular weight heparin,etc.were used,while in the observation group,Rosuvastatin and Clopidogrel were added on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate after treatment,frequency of angina pectoris attack before and after treatment,number of myocardial ischemia and the total duration of myocardial ischemia were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 76.7%,and the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Frequency of angina pectoris attack,number of myocardial ischemia and the total duration of myocardial ischemia were greatly reduced in comparison with those before treatment,and decrease in the observation group was more obvious compared with those in the control group with statistical difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with Clopidogrel in treatment of unstable angina pectoris is safe,which can improve the curative effect and alleviate the clinical symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
